I Cannot wait til my 90 day picts! I never realized why I needed to take measurements, or before, during, and after picts. But this is the reason!! We DO Change even when we think we aren't!! I'm so happy to be a Beachbody Coach, and glad to say that Shakeology has helped me so much, by getting off a lot of my meds, being able to work more, play with my kids, and just LOVE to workout and get out more!! This whole Journey has been Life Changing!! I'm a New but even Better person Thanks to Beachbody and Shakeology!!
